the host is very accommodating

Great location with easy access to night markets and yet still pretty quiet. Very walkable area and the host was responsive. We had a short stay so didn't take advantage but was pleased that the apartment was well-equipped.

The refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor but a call to the host resulted in immediate attention.

Fantastic experience! The apartment was lovely, but the friendly and fantastic hosts truly made the trip memorable. They were attentive, easy to communicate with, and their positive energy made the whole stay enjoyable. Great value for money, and the level of service was superb. A must-book property.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 4 e quando siamo arrivate abbiamo scoperto che il secondo letto matrimoniale non era altro che un lettino da campeggio di 3 cm al massimo alto poggiato a terra! Abbiamo contattato l’host chiedendo spiegazioni e in primis ci hw detto che sarebbe venuta per capire la situazione, dopo non essere venuta ci ha detto che “questo é uno studio e l’unica soluzione che avevamo era questa, avreste dovuto prenotare due stanze”. Ovviamente questa soluzione non era specificata da nessuna parte altrimenti avremmo provveduto diversamente. Abbiamo dovuto prenotare un’altra stanza per l’altra coppia di amiche con noi. La stanza puzzava di umidità e affaccia praticamente su una discarica

Accueil glacial digne d’un contrôle d’immigration à l’aéroport. La gérante super speed et un brin moqueur. Piscine jamais ensoleillé puisqu’au milieu des tours (je pinaille j’avoue) mais le plus relou c’est de devoir payer 350-500pesos/jour selon son véhicule pour occuper le parking. C’était peut être indiqué dans l’annonce je n’ai pas fait attention. Prochaine étape rendre payant l’accès à la piscine, le fitness et pourquoi pas l’ascenseur lol.

Location near IT-Park. Privacy. Nice Pool. Nice big shower and Netflix on TV.

Only thing I would have loved was a safe in the room. But Ive been to a handfull of hotels during my stay in the Philippines and no accomodation has a safe.
