Lo recomiendo por la zona muy buena y a poco del metro y el departamento tiene todo el confort y equipamiento, sin dudar volveria

Nada para objetar

Zentrale Lage, guter Kommunikation, die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt für einen Kurztrip ausser Sonnenlicht. Es hat seinen Sinn, dass die Vorgänge zu sind… Die Aussicht besteht aus anderen Fenstern auf die man schaut. Dafür ist es leise, da die Wohnung nicht zur Straße raus geht.

Appartamento nuovo, e dotato di tutto, in posizione perfetta per raggiungere la Gran Via a piedi e per prendere la metro in una delle stazioni con più possibilità. Raggiungere il centro (Sol) è molto facile: 10-20 minuti in metro a seconda dei cambi di linea. Zona tranquilla, anche più del centro che spesso è troppo affollato (attirando criminalità).

Alcune scelte beneficiano più lo stile che l'igiene, come le sedie in simil velluto e le federe di alcuni cuscini del letto. Lo scarico del bagno, ha qualche problemino, ma niente di che. Aggiungerei un vero e proprio attaccapanni sia in bagno che in camera.

Lo mejor el lugar y la limpieza. A pesar de que no hubiese recepción ni nadie físicamente si les hablabas por WhatsApp contestaban muy rápido.

La verdad que todo muy bien, no tenía secadora pero si tendedero.

The place was quite comfortable and in a fabulous part of town where you feel safe and there are many attractions and places to eat nearby.

Teenage girls yelling in the hallway past 1 am and they were probably the source of the base on the music blarring too. This is hard for the host to control. But a little more attention to detail would have been nice. We actually ran out of toilet paper which is a pretty critical need. No soap or paper towels by the kitchen sink. No tissues anywhere.

The location was the best, and that it was a quiet place - except Saturday ;-). The appartment had a large bed. The appartent was as expected. It looked just like the pictures had shown. You know when the curtains are closed in the pictures, it usually means there isn’t a nice view. We LIKED the apartment!! It was quiet and nice. We had everything we needed. It was positive that we also got keys, not only codes.

The check-in process was very stressful. I had followed every step when checking in digitally. Just a few hours before arriving, I received a message from Minty Stay, stating that they needed our passports, which I already had provided. There were a lot of communcation on whatsapp, with no possibilitye to call directly. The most stressful part was the slow response on WhatsApp - it was very slow - 20 minutes to respond every time...and no concrete solutions. When we arrived, we still hadn’t received the code to the door. I then sent a message through Booking and received the codes within minutes, probably directly from the owner. So, the issue was with the contact with Minty Stay, which did not work well enough. Beside the chech-in, Minty stay did their job. Just some details from the appartment: There were only two wine glasses, and they were very different in size—one was enormous, while the other was quite small. It would cost so little to fix this small detail. The sofa was small and not very comfortable.
