Spacious 2BR Apartment in BGC with Workspace & Washer

The location is good, and there is easy access to shopping and eating. The facility is nice and comfortable. However, the AC sometimes is not cool enough, and you need to use electric standing fans. The washing machine and dryer are a plus!

The AC needs to be checked, and extra sheets and bedding need to be available in one of the closets for easy access.

The hosts had provided easy to understand instructions that made the check-in, stay and check-out run smoothly. My partner and child werent able to consume the booking due to a family emergency. But the hosts were very understanding of the situation, although a refund is no longer applicable (which is totally OK with us), they had allowed our relatives to stay in place of our absences. My relatives were really happy with the accommodation, they had praises on how the appliances and furniture in the apt are well maintained and at the top brands. It felt like home and it didnt feel like a mere apartment for rental. And to this, we will definitely book in again next year when we visit home.

Cant fault excellent location - walk to restaurants and malls, supermarket cross the road. Easy pick up spot for Grab (tip - use Landers 8th st or Landers 9th st depending on traffic) Good WIFI and nice to have full size washer and drier and stove and oven

Main bed is a little small and a bit too much furniture for the space No proper reception so if you come before the 3pm check in there is no where to store luggage or change clothes. If you are coming on an international flight you might want to rethink your day one plans or else be stuck with your suitcases until check in

The property is a must try for families who want to explore BGC. It is safe, spacious, clean, and well maintained. Communication with host is excellent.

Just an extra but more on the Uptown Parksuites itself and not the host property. We needed a concierge to leave our luggages while we wait for driver's pick up and at least get lunch but there is no facility/ service for this. Reception is available to sit down while waiting for your transport but cannot leave luggages to reception. No concierge for this.

Very spacious room, clean and easy to check in/out . Malls are nearby, were definitely book again soon.

Comfortable beds and sofa. Tastefully decorated. Very good location near malls and restaurants.

In the guest/main bathroom, water can flow onto the adjacent bathroom floor if you use full water pressure while showering. Need to be careful.

- The location is just the best! In the modern part of Manila, clean, with many choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs. It is animated all the time, but we don’t hear any noise from the flat. - the flat is just like in the pictures, clean and well equipped. Two bathrooms/showers, very convenient.

- What we didn’t expect is that in one of the two bedrooms, the bed is a little bit small for two people. One of us ended up sleeping in the couch. - In the morning, the cleaners scream and knock at the doors to check if we want to throw garbage. It is a bit surprising, especially when you are still sleeping, in the couch, and that you are woken up by screams.
