Alexander was a pleasure to deal with. Great host, great communication. Lovely and accommodating. Very good location, everything we needed close by. Beautiful apartment with washer and dryer. Comfortable and spacious. Good value and I would stay here again.

"My niece's favorite place"

The place is accessible (walking distance) to almost everything- malls & grocery, church, food:)...check-in process was stress free; the hosts were accommodating with timely responses to every query... instructions were easy to follow...the place was very nice & relaxing with a nice view 👍, & parking was clean.

Very, very minor - initially had a hard time to open the door using the key but eventually we got the strategy 😀

"A perfect stay."

This property is centrally located in the best location in Manila - Bonifacio Global City, in my opinion. It has all the facilities (pool & gym) and amenities (coffee maker, washing machine/dryer) that you expect and much more. It is very clean and well equipped from shampoo to Netflix. We were a family of 5 & we had lots of space to hang out and chill. There are so many restaurants to choose from that you’ll be spoilt for choice & it’s so convenient to have a supermarket across the street, 7-eleven down the street and shopping centre around the corner & across the road. There’s so much to see and do in the evenings, too. But what really sets this place apart is the attention to details and great communication& ++ the extra mile the property owner went for us and we really appreciated his generosity and assistance in helping us out & extended our stay, this is why this place gets our 10/10. I would highly recommend this property & would come back again. And this property has a wonderful view :)
