Royal Stuart Lane - Townhouse by the Bay with Parking

Location was really good

I wanted to like the place but upon arrival we were greeted with a disgusting odour and extremely hot property with heating on. The kitchen had not been cleaned. We found a dead bug on kitchen counter and compost with maggots and revolting smell. I tried to contact the property owner but no answer until morning. There was a fan with exposed blades, croissant wrappers in bedroom and pot smell just outside our window. We asked for 30 percent refund when they mentioned goodwill but have only been offered 50 percent of cleaning fee. I run a business and I can say no guest should ever have to clean a place on arrival, kitchen in particular. I was not going to write anything. I don’t blame the manager because he doesn’t own it . I am just really dissatisfied.

Nothing much : A few very minor maintenance issues to be resolved, i.e kitchen cupboard & top floor shower but these don't affect the overall experience Small TV Royal Stuart Lane is narrow and gridlocked at school drop off and collection times , outside these no issues

Location and good size for large family or group. Beds very comfy.

Fuse went during stay but resolved.

Clean, comfy beds, top facilities, easy-to-follow instructions, big parking space and there isn't anything to moan about this place. You could tell they have some really good housekeepers. Stayed here 3 nights with work colleagues. 1 min walk to Cardiff Bay restaurants and shops which i discovered it to be a really good place. Landlord kept good communication. I cannot recommend this place enough.. It's mint!

Really comfy, modern apartment in a great location

The parking itself is fine but the inconsiderate parking of other people outside the property is a real problem - several people parked their cars in a way that meant it was really difficult to get out of the parking space - there should be something to physically stop people parking like like like a bollard or lines painted on the road

The location with easy walking to The Bay and for our needs. It was a very quiet place with a colourful view of autumn trees from the lounge. On site parking is useful. Plenty of space for 2 of us. Good communication.

A lot of stairs, but we knew that before booking.

In a quiet area close to the wharf. The center of town a bit of a walk but manageable. Happy to find parking at the property and off street so that was a huge plus.

It was not very clean,too many spiders and cobwebs everywhere. It was unfortunate to arrive and see dirty dishes in the sink.
