Location and convenience. This property’s best asset is Naveen, who was taking care of us from the time we arrived till we left. Location is quite easy to find and convenient with supermarkets nearby and restaurants within 1km. House was really kept well. In the night, as Norma we might have heard dogs barking a lot on streets but otherwise it’s a quiet and safe place to live. Our dog loved roaming around this house both inside and out. Naveen even gave us a late checkout to make our return trip more comfortable and relaxing.

La Casa Villa is an excellent choice for a Peacefull relaxed stay in Trivandrum City Centre. Me and My family had a fantastic stay. The villa is so homely with neat Spacious rooms and Calm surroundings with beautiful plants. All amenities were available which made our stay more convenient. The host was so welcoming, clear with his Communication which just added to the overall experience. The community where Villa is located add more value to it by its pristine Calmness. One of the best stay we ever had❤️ Actually La Casa is an absolute gem💎 Would love to stay over again. Highly Recommended to everybody👍

Very Spacious and Superb location. Friendly host. Very beautifull Spacious Villa with good ambience and calm surroundings. Very much value for money👍 We had a very good family stay here and we recommend stay to everybody especially families✌️✌️✌️
