Its very good for family friends and all. Very spacious living area and bedrooms, very Clean and hygenic Villa. The host is very polite and helping nature. He is always a call away and responds to all our queries. Very affordable stay . You can chose this homely Villa without any hestitation.✌️

Excellent Villa. No cons we felt.

Accomodation was Perfect! Everything was Super Clean. It is very very Spacious Villa and very much affordable. We got the Villa for 6000 Rs which was very much worth it. Normally this Premium category Villas in Cochin are above 10000 Rs. Thankyou. Our kids was very happy, as there were Carroms, Ches board, Snake and ladder, Play Cards and even Badminton Cork and bat. Appreciate it! Host was one of the best. Everything from the great warmth and welcome of the host to the Excellent care taken by them for all our needs. We had a feeling we were at Home. We will be happy to visit this wonderfull Villa when we come Trivandrum again. Highly Recommended to all….

All Good! Really lovely Homely place.* 10/10🌟🌟 An amazing Homely stay well located in City Centre. Clean Environment, Kids friendly and well Maintained Villa. Excellent location with connectivity to all major landmarks. Amenities Have all amenties and provisios for comfortable family stay. Waste Disposal Food waste and dry/wet waste was all collected by Villa Staff daily and disposed. Excellent Host The host was very attentive and very friendly, who understands needs of a family stay. He even arranged a Self Drive Car to travel to Padmanabha Swamy temple in the morning. Excellent choice for big families. Our flight was by 11:30 am, and so was offered a late Checkout🙏🏻. The airport was just a 10 min drive also. Would I return? Absolutely, anytime without hestitation!🌟🌟🌟

It's an amazing property; the host is very active and helpful. He was well-prepared and gave clear guidance. From the communication, I felt he was trustworthy. The location was beautiful and the decent neighbourhood.

Very good stay in City heart. Very good location at the peaceful residential area in City . Very Clean and hygienic spacious rooms including Kitchen All facilities like 55 inch Smart TV, washing machine, microwave oven, Refrigerator,iron box, kettle, induction cooker, mixer grinder was there. The stay is just like how it is in the pictures. Its a luxury Villa Home. Huge Support from the friendly host. Checkin and checkout was so smooth. Ample space for Car parking. Padamanabha Swamy temple is just 3 kms away. We would definetely visit the property again and highly recommend La Casa Villa stay to all👌👌

Surely 10/10 rating🌟🌟🌟 La Casa Villa stay was One of the best stay we had❤️ It was an absolute delight for my family and me! So peaceful homely stay in the Trivandrum City heart.. we loved it❤️ Beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were confortable. A special shoutout to the host fot accomodating our early arrival! He arranged a smooth early checkin and also we were offered a late checkout , which we truly appreciated. Very Clean and hygienic spacious rooms including Kitchen. Milk, Tea bags, Coffee powder, Sugar, Salt,Purified Water all readily available. Location was perfect yet close to all the main attractions of the City. Huge Support from the friendly host. Helped us with answers to all our queries. Thanks. Padmanabha Swamy temple is 10min drive only. Musuem and zoo is just 2.5 kms from the Villa. All tourist place can be easily connected. Exceptional Service. Everything was Super Cool!!! We will be definetely back the next time. Highly recommended to all✌️

La Casa gave me the privacy and convenience of a home with all the benefits of a hotel room staff available on call whenever I need them with a full kitchen and a cook available as well. The host Naveen was very gracious and attentive and tended to my every need. I had friends come over for dinner occasionally and had people call on me here. Perfect for my vacation. I was driving a car and was able to park comfortably and enjoy Trivandrum very much. I only used the first floor rooms for staying. The AC in the rooms was most welcome after the heat outside. But the 4 rooms make this place good for 1-2 families to stay together if needed. Anyway lovely stay and I'll be sure to come back again. Recommend to anyone solo/families or friends.
