3 Bed House Etihad

They text me the code just before arrival to get in which was ideal. Great location for co op live and Etihad. Quick 25 min walk to centre.

The house was disappointing and the list is long. I have whatsapped my concerns to the owners and host on WhatsApp at the time but they did nothing to rectify my concerns. 2 mugs for 6 of us, 4 forks and 5 knives. House needed TLC. Mould in the bathrooms. Sinks blocked and water didn’t drain. Tumble dryer full of wets towels. Left a used sponge for us to use for dishes. Dishwasher unuseable as was filled with dirty water and despite following videos could not get a cycle to work.l. No bath mats and general cleanliness could have been better. No black out blinds and street lights on all night outside the window. Parking states 2 spaces but you have to block each other in and park in a marked permit holders bay which wasn’t given but they assured over message we wouldn’t get a ticket. Honestly if they spent some money and fixed all the issues it could be great.

The location for the Ethiad and the CoOp Live was ace. It had good parking facilities and was spacious enough for 3 or 4 people.

The house was way too hot and the AC controls didn't work. The windows don't open so it made it very uncomfortable in the heat.

Toilet roll left for us and hand soap and shower gel, so that was nice. Walking distance to the Coop Live arena

The weeds in the garden weren't that nice and some outdoor furniture may have been nice. A couple of things not working inside but the host was helpful.

Plenty of space bedrooms good.

Had a slight damp smell in en-suite bedroom coming from Bathroom. Could do with dish towel and hand towel.

Property had good parking, was spacious and well equipped kitchen. Host was very helpful to assist us into property at night.

Cleanliness was poor. Hot tub at £75 is terrible. It is extremely expensive and the garden is not kept to a good standard to warrant this charge....fence dropping down, landscape poor and bins overflowing.
