The property is modern and well styled

There was an electric keypad to enter the property that was low on battery, and despite it being reported by myself and the person before us, the keypad ran out of battery while we were out resulting in us being locked out at night. The property manager did end up sorting the issue but I feel as though it should have been sorted when the first person reported it

Heating wasn't working, had to contact an sort through agency. Involved running round taking pictures pressing buttons etc. No WiFi for the whole stay an with 3 teenage girls can imagine how well that sat. Lock on door started making noise middle of night due to rain and it caused my teenage daughter to wake up thinking we were being robbed.

The location was very good

The gas hobs didn't work the fridge was off and smelt terrible we turned it on left and went to the shop when we got back the entire house smelt horrible the over all cost was £400 for 1 night and the cleanliness was a joke we found a used towel with dirt all over it in a draw and there was hair in the bath there were quite a few broken things like lights and taps the only good this was the location

Very spacious, modern and in a good area.

Wifi didnt work, we couldnt figure out how to turn on the hot water and couldnt find an iron.

it was beautiful very spacey and very comfortable. was well cleaned and had a very homey vibe to it

The house was lovely, very clean, spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The street was really quiet so slept really well.

The only slight negative was that the location was a little further than we expected from the centre.

Great location, clean beds and bathroom. Ok for a one night stay but certainly wouldn’t want to spend a week.

The door code didn’t work on arrival, but was soon sorted after several WhatsApp messages. The property is in need of repair and TLC, photos attached. The electrics were last checked in 2012, and the fire extinguisher was dated 2007 (which I’m sure should have been on the wall and not stuffed in a kitchen cupboard). I Paid £150 deposit but only received £145.50 back, even though it states the deposit if fully refunded. I know this is only £4.50 difference but it is the principal for me.

Excellent situation for Co Op live stadium. Excellent facilities. Easy to deal with hosts.
