The Pleasant Street Casitas - Historic & Modern Charm

Location for walking to town center, overall decor, comfort, cleanliness, fenced yard, parking, laundry on premises and keyless entry.

It was cold to walk into and had to quickly try to figure out how to produce some heat. Some cooking oil would have been helpful for making eggs in the morning. Otherwise well equipped stay.

The kitchen was great and well appointed with cookware etc

Very little natural light so was too dark for me. The bathroom lighting over the sink could be brighter.

The ambience was wonderful with beautiful landscaping, the decor in our Casita was exceptional, and the location was superb within walking distance of charming Prescott. The sitting room and dining rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard enjoying our wine and cheese before dinner.

We couldn't figure out how to turn off the light by the front door. It was on 24/7. In the kitchen there was a coffee maker with a Keurig brewer, too, but only Keurig latte option and no ground coffee. In the bathroom there were cute options for shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap, but only one small round soap for use in the shower. Perhaps larger soaps or body wash in plastic containers for guests staying for a longer time.

Unique, charming, only 4 units with private outdoor space, and staff was very accommodating. Restaurants and entertainment were only 3 blocks away… very walkable not hilly.

Everything! My queen studio casita was lovely; it felt like a little home, not a hotel room.

It has art, the flowers and location.Very well maintained the grounds beautiful and peaceful. Love it and will love to be back.
