This an exceptional casita. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, just great in every way. The host is also wonderful. He is responsive, attentive to detail, and so ready to assist in any way. Nothing here to dislike … and very walkable neighborhood

I loved everything about this place! The pretty fairy garden with the water feature. The fact that they had multiple gates to separate each little group of casitas. They had a nice outdoor area that would be awesome to enjoy in the warmer months and astroturf for my dogs to do their business. The laundry facilities are free and a big bonus. The inside was cozy, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Big TV, comfy bed and lots of storage space. Dont get me started on the shower! Omg it was so nice, plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. Another big bonus was the location. Cute, quiet neighborhood only 15ish minute walk to Whiskey Row. There is a Sprouts, magassge Envy and take out options less than 10 minutes walking distance in the opposite direction. And they do have a parking spot available. However, I parked on the street because I have a big truck. The host Jonathan was fast and kind with communication when I needed something. I recommend this place 💯% and will be back soon!

It has a great location, close to downtown and in the historic district. Overall, it was an exceptional location, room, and host! From the time of booking through departure, our host, Jonathan, provided fantastic service and details through emails and text correspondence. The room was clean, with great amenities, and the outdoor patio area was perfect.

Very comfortable home with unique artistic style. Jonathan was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. Excellent location everything was within walking distance to the main square and shopping.

Location was perfect - can walk to coffee, grocery, shops and restaurants downtown Prescott. Safe area - parking on street or 2 spots in back alley. Very convenient. Traveled solo and felt completely at ease. Appreciate all the time spent attending to the beautiful outdoor space - the gates, the meandering walkway, the fountain, etc etc. Casista was super comfortable and met my needs. Would 100% recommend. Quiet and comfortable.

Nothing! Spoke with Jonathan about maybe adding a microwave as option for reheating leftovers but the hot plates and counter - top oven was more than sufficient. Full size fridge was great as well and super appreciated the portable heating unit for the bathroom!! Also loved the electric fireplace - added that special winter ambiance.

We really enjoyed the location, being close walking distance from Sprout’s and not much further was the downtown area and we loved that. I loved the outdoor patio area and that there were laundry machines (even though we were so busy we didn’t get a chance to try them out) they had everything that you needed for a home away from home.

This could just be a me thing, but since I was busy going in and out of the property so much, I was worried that I was waking people up opening the gates multiple times. They were a bit loud and creaky, but other than that everything was perfect. And again, it could just be a me thing overthinking that I made too much noise coming and going through the gates

The location was 3 blocks to downtown Prescott. So very convenient to walk there and enjoy all that downtown has to offer. The historical town was so much fun with old saloons, taverns, shopping, restaurants and so much more. If you are not into walking, parking was a breeze.

Super charming historic apartment! The courtyard with pond and fountain is really pretty, and the enclosed yard for the dogs is a great bonus! We also loved that there was a combo lock on the door so we didn't need to meet anyone for keys!
