What I liked about the property was its location, as well as the decoration and the amount of space available. These aspects were pleasant and made the property functional and comfortable.

What I did not like was that the apartments were completely separated from the hotel, which resulted in us being disregarded and excluded from the hotel amenities solely because we were staying in the apartments. Additionally, we discovered bed bugs in our beds, which was extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, while a refund was offered, it was only expected to be processed two weeks later, and no assistance was provided to help us secure alternative accommodations.

The only thing we liked was the location, it’s close to everything

The pictures are outdated. So many things didn’t match what’s advertised. We arrived to dirty sheets with stains, that looked like pee. The Wi-Fi details provided in the property are WRONG, we had to call to get the right ones and even those we had to mark several calls to remind them. The carpet and furniture has burn marks, looks like guests would smoke in there. The microwave was no clean on the inside. Sofas have seen bette days to be honest. The door handle to the storage was broken and couldn’t access cleaning equipment. Icing on the cake, every time we went out, we’d come back to our parking spot taken, good luck getting that sorted at reception, you’re told the parking situation is “next door building” issue
