"Very expensive for a property which needs attention."

Sink in en suite leaking so couldn't use. PAT out of date. Unsafe electrical wall light in second bedroom. Coffee maker broken. Inadequate crockery/pans in kitchen. Kitchen pedal bin broken. Grubby rugs. A number of broken items and generally needs some tlc. We offered the management company the right to reply before leaving a review and despite saying they welcomed our feedback, did not come back to us. Booking.com were excellent in their quick response to our complaint.

"Outstanding property in a great location."

The property was exceptionally roomy and well equipped. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. It was everything you could want for a three night stay in Edinburgh.

The only negative is that there was no door on the shower which meant you needed to mop the floor after each use.
