Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment in the heart of New Town

The size, the location and it was very comfortable.

I can honestly say that I don’t have any.

Fab apartment in a great location in Edinburgh new town.

These are really small niggles, but the shower head was loose and difficult to keep in place. And the TV was smart/internet connection only and was a little temperamental. Small niggles, and given that this wasn’t much more expensive than a couple of nights in a Premier Inn, it’s seems a bit churlish to mention. However, it’s the difference between a score of a 9 and a 10 for us. . Parking is difficult/expensive but that’s Edinburgh, not the apartment.

The location was great.

The wood framed bed in the master bedroom looks good in photos but is incredibly squeaky and severely impacted our quality of sleep. The coffee machine (which was advertised) looks good in photos (built in wall unit) but didn't work - even after people came to look at it on two different days. The kitchen looks good in photos but is lacking basics: for example there was no salt, pepper or oil (only tea, instant coffee and sugar); only 3 bowls; and limited utensils to cook with.

Location was very good, in the middle of historical, entertainment and shopping areas.

The beds were not big enough for 2 people although it advertises them as double - king and even the base of the bed was not fixed. Coffee machine and aspirator were not working.

I really liked the place — the location was excellent, super easy to get to everything. Most places were just a 2 to 15-minute walk away, which made exploring the area so convenient. The place itself was clean and well-kept, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, it felt comfortable and hassle-free.

the one thing that didn’t sit well with me was the bathroom inside the room. It didn’t have a proper lock, and the door didn’t close fully, which made it a bit uncomfortable privacy-wise. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Some furnishings - such as rugs - quite tired. A few more stylish finishing touches could really lift this property

El apartamento es precioso. Muy bien ubicado y cómodo. Su decoración en general es muy adecuada. La cocina muy cómoda con gran isla y comedor.

Le falta mantenimiento. ¿Como un piso tan chulo puede estar tan mal mantenido?. Me daban ganas de comprarme un destornillador y arreglar una cuantas cosas que no cuesta nada arreglar. Creo que cuando se dejan es cuando definitivamente se rompen. La 2da habitación tiene una cama pequeña y un armario horrible. Edra habitación parece que la han decorado otras personas o se quedaron sin dinero para hacerlo bien.

Location was amazing.

We had to wait for the check in even at 5. There’s a common helpline for support which usually takes 10mins for a reply and then for the check in instructions. And one washroom was super small which makes impossible for a single to comfortably stand. Not worth the booking amount overall.
