Номер достаточно просторный, очень чистый. Удобно добираться, недалеко станция метро Porta Susa. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный

Один из шкафов был закрыт и висела табличка, если открыть шкаф штраф 15 евро. Это очень странно, для чего тогда там стоит этот шкаф? Еще хотелось бы, чтобы в номере был чайник

Хотелът е на добра локация, на две минути от гара Порта Суза и на 20-на от основните забележителности. Голяма стая, изключително удобни легла, не беше шумно (стаята гледаше към вътрешен двор). Закуската е отлична, с много опции и възможност за чудесно кафе от бара. До хотела има чудесен сладолед и много заведения за хранене. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Оставихме багажа на съхранение в хотела преди да се настаним и като освободихме стаята.

La conservación, el parking exterior y caro. El desayuno……pésimo.

Booking is an international leader in the industry, and for that reason I expect a level of coordination that matches its standards. In my case, the information regarding the issue I was facing, as well as my follow-up message, did not reach the hotel with the necessary speed. In situations like mine, where location and timing can be critical, I believe it is important that communication between Booking and its partner properties is as fast as possible, ideally within a few hours, in order to avoid inconvenience for the customer. I would also like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff, who did everything possible to find a solution.

The luggage storage service should have a more controlled and secure system. It would be advisable for luggage to be handled directly by hotel staff, rather than being freely managed by guests. Not only with tags, but also with a clear registration system and a receipt for each customer, ideally supported by a more modern and structured process that ensures better traceability and security.
