Great location and very quiet, lovely converted barn with character. Very clean and spacious.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good with poor signal most of the time we were there. A coffee table and dining table would of been nice.

The property was well presented and had almost everything we needed to accommodate our small family.

The property had lovely traditional features, with all the mod cons that you could need, all fitted out to a high standard, the breakfast pack was a lovely extra and the host Jackie was super helpful. thanks for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely beautiful property and area to stay. It was finished to such a high standard and they have thought of everything and more. Also such lovely and helpful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful clean and tidy apartment!

The honest box wasn’t as much as an honesty box more of a tuck shop

We go away for a couple of days every February for our anniversary, and this was an amazing little studio. Welcomed by Jaqueline and Richard, lovely little pub down the the road and a stones throw away from York yet still rural where you can go for a nice walk. The only niggle we had was our mattress was quite thin and felt all the springs which made it uncomfortable but Jaqueline had gone out and bought a new one. Would definitely stay here again.

overall stay was fantastic and we would recommend to others. only downside to the stay would of been the mattress as it was very uncomfortable with the springs digging into you and popping when they got stuck
