Location is brilliant. The perfect little apartment for a small group

We struggled to work the radiators but eventually figured this out. We were put off by the key fob situation as you are asked to pay a deposit before you ca pick this up. However, this worked well, we collected the key fob from a nearby shop and the deposit was returned promptly at the end of our stay.

Location was amazing. Ease of access and communication was top class. Easy to collect the fob despite late flight in. The info received from Tricia was amazing. Made life so easy. Able to drop in and out while shopping. Facilities were perfect with small little touches to enhance the stay. Perfect for the a family with 3 kids. Comfortable and clean with a lovely kitchen area. Will definitely be staying again in the future!!

Not a lot

Not as advertised. This is a studio flat with a wardrobe separating a sleeping area from a living area. No window in bedroom area. Poor fitting front door next to main building door and lift with large number of noisy people passing all night. Only informed on route key pick up was from a different location. Just look up from the bed over the wardrobe when you stay and leave a review!
