The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check out ,once the apartment has been inspected and confirmed to be in good order. In the event of any damages or breakages , the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit ,and the balance (if any) will be refunded.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "No Aircons in bedrooms. Washbasin very small. Beds comfortable"

"A Hidden Gem - Highly recommend !"

I booked a last - minute stay and honestly couldn't have been more impressed.The apartment was spotlessly clean , well equipped , and exactly as described.They even provided us with some essentials which made settling in so easy. The host was friendly , attentive , and really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable.The main pool was super clean and the jacuzzi was a great bonus - we loved it ! This place is truly a hidden gem in Durban.Now that I know about it , it will definitely be my go to accommodation spot every time I visit Durban. Highly recommended and I will definitely refer my friends and family to Mieli Estates as well.

We had an absolutely amazing weekend at Durban holiday apartments, the place was beautiful and spotless(what you see in the pictures is what you actually get in real life ), the beds were comfortable and the view was magnificent, the hosts were very welcoming and attended to everything we needed ,an overall 10 out of 10 . Will definitely be booking again.

"We enjoyed our stay and given a chance we will use the property again."

The property was clean and quiet. Clean and cozy swimming pool. Comfortable beds.

We could not use the jacuzzi because the water was cold. If they can provide a little table in the dining room. Toilet sink is extremely small and we struggle to even brush our teeth.

We had an amazing stay at Durban Holiday Apartments. The apartment was spotless,the complex is beautifully maintained,and security is excellent with 24-hour guards,electric fencing,and cameras. Fiona and her team gave us a warm welcome and provided thoughtful complimentary items like tea , coffee , milk , biscuits , bottled water and personalised toiletries. The resort - style facilities were a highlight - including a pool , private jacuzzi , braai area , a kids game room , and jungle gym. Free Wi-Fi and streaming services like Netflix and Showmax added great value. The complex overlooks a peaceful nature reserve and the price per night was very reasonable. I highly recommend for a relaxing , secure , and family - friendly getaway. Well done to Durban Holiday Apartments!
