Strictly no visitors, parties or events allowed. Please be advised that no extra overnight visitors are allowed to stay at the property. Guests will be contacted by the host after booking confirmation. A refundable breakage/damage deposit of R500 is required and must be paid directly to the host at least 7 days prior to check in. Please note the deposit is not included in the total cost paid upon booking. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check out ,once the apartment has been inspected and confirmed to be in good order. In the event of any damages or breakages , the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit ,and the balance (if any) will be refunded.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
