Bedroom and Loft(Soppalco) for rent in via Belle Arti

It was in a great location with cafes and galleries nearby.

Everything was great! Please note that I stayed at the loft, not at the bedroom. It doesn't have a door, but it is very private nevertheless. Tim was an amazing host!

The location was in between the station and the centre, so well placed. Great local facilities eg restaurants. Attentive host.

Lack of own private space as staying in 'the loft'. But this as described. A Very rule driven environment, but you are sharing space with the host so this may be reasonable.. A little costly, but that is Bologna l think.

The host helped with alot. Everything from ordering a cab to The best places to go out for food. He explained The general rules of The household, to better The experience for me and The guest.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place! The host, Tim, is the nicest person ever! He's very friendly, helpful and truly goes above and beyond to make the guests feel comfortable and at home. The place was clean, it has absolutely everything you might need during your stay and more. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, bars and shops. That was my first solo trip and I'm super glad I booked this one.

Had a great stay — the room was cosy and clean. 5 stars to host Tim, who was very informative and helpful.

Tim was really nice and friendly 'host'. Everthing was well organized and you can find what you need easly. I stayed at loft bedroom, suitable for solo traveller. Building is located in the middle of the city. I'd like to stay there again.

Tim is a superb host and he maintains his home exceptionally well for himself and especially his guests. It was a wonderful experience for me, especially as a solo traveler. And the bed was comfortable with a very nice pillow.

There was nothing I did not like

Excellent location. Comfortable private room in a shared flat. Very well organized and laid out. Clean. Tim runs a tight ship!!

VFM could be better but it is Bologna after all.
