The location is fine for our needs. The manager was fair at helping us get better accommodations. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

This property has deteriorated a lot since we stayed here in June 2025. The room we were booked in was nasty upon entering ( food stains littered the walls, doorways, chairs and bathroom were in poor condition and the couch was filthy with stains). After calling front desk to inform them about the poor conditions we were offered housekeeping and I refused it because the room needed a deep clean and repair. Once at the reception area speaking to the desk person I explained this and that it was my Anniversary celebration and the lady/person tried to pass me off to her manager who was standing by and I said as much and he replied "I can hear everything, go ahead" she wasn't much for what I had to offer as a complaint and so the manager took over. He asked me to walk with him to see another room and we did that and the new room was better in cleanliness but had a wobbly refrigerator, lopsided cabinets and open garbage disposal with no stopper, my wife killed a roach that ran from behind the cutting board. Listen the property has gone down and I am not recommending it to anyone

The staff were for the most part very pleasant and the location to IAH was perfect for us. The free breakfast was very good.

The fitness room had no towels most times and it has two weigh benches but no weights at all. The first night of our stay we were in a Queen bed suite which had uncomfortable pillows and the mattress was so worn out that some of the coil packs were lying sideways pressed against the sides of the mattress making for a very uncomfortable night of rest and left me with a back ache the next day. The following three nights we were in a King bed suite and the mattress was just as uncomfortable although the coil packs weren’t lying sideways. It took me days of resting in my own bed to recover from the back aches.
