Very clean and tidy and nicely furnished. Ground floor so no stairs. Kitchen fully equipped (and the kids loved the welcome drinks and sweets). Comfortable beds and good quality linen and towels. Handy to the Bullring and New Street station. Easy to get the keys from the “key nest” which was close by.
