[Duomo - City Center] Appartamento elegante con suite

The comfortable spaces. We stayed only one night, but you would have everything you need for longer stays too. The location is perfect, just a 5 min walk from the strict historic core of the town. The rooms are huge and the spaces are generous and practical. The check in and keys pick up was super smooth. Mirko was very clear and kind.

We did not mind, but on such warm days/nights, maybe a slightly less noisy aircon unit in one of the bedrooms could be a good improvement.

Posizione ottimale per visitare Ravenna a piedi. Appartamento ampio e silenzioso ,ideale per famiglie o piccolo gruppo di amici. L'host risponde prontamente in caso di necessità.

I didn’t realise I was booking what felt like student accommodation. Dirty furniture, broken kitchen cupboards cheap bedding with no duvet cover, very not hygienic. The shower had the pressure of a watering can. There is definitely a plumbing issue in the shower drain and the toilet. Several times the toilet didn’t flush after being used. The bidet also has water problems. I had to ask for a tea towel, after being told by the host to use kitchen paper to dry the dishes! and they were in a locked cupboard I was given access to. there was also a vape in the kitchen cupboard and I was told to throw it away. I had to throw away the green kitchen sponge that was expected to be used for the dishes as it was filthy. There were plenty in the locked cupboard. I don’t feel the cleaning was done properly in this apartment. The Sofa and tables in the pictures aren’t the ones in the apartment and also the bedroom is different. There was only a duvet on the bed that didn’t even have a cover on it. How is that ‘elegant’ as described in the title? On the booking site it is made to look elegant and tasteful. Believe me it isn’t. The photos are completely misleading. Very disappointed. I feel like I’ve wasted my money on this booking €400 for 4 nights. The pictures I have taken will show this

Appartamento molto bene posizionato, ampio e pulitissimo; anche molto silenzioso. Numerosi parcheggi vicino, a pagamento. Una bella esperienza.
