rooms were comfy and clean, and the only helpful person was the bell boy who i forgot the name but was super nice!

the overall service was the worst I have ever experienced. We arrived at 9 PM and were told that to get connecting rooms we had to wait a little longer. We waited until 4:30 PM and when we got an email saying our rooms were ready they were not connected. After a lot of arguing the attendant called a manager who had to go talk to another person and gave us connected rooms. I was travelling with my parents who are 80+ years old. Don’t think they should have been waiting this long in the lobby for a room. But this was just the arrival. Every time I called the concierge from my room there was no answer. I had to go talk to them in person at the lobby. Concierge was the most unhelpful person I have ever seen. Not only that but he was always in a bad mood. No smile, no attempt to help. It seems like he was always doing me a favor, not doing his job. I got deliveries and had to go pick it up at a fedex office in the other side of the casino. I have stayed in many hotels in the US, Europe and other places and not only they hold my packages for free but the deliver it at my room. Not in this place. They are too important to do that! You, the guest, have to go after it if you want to receive it… and to wrap it up in great style, the valet lost our car! Parked with them upon arrived. Payed US$35 dollars (noticed they had different lower prices on the directory but for some reasons for hotel guests prices were higher and had to be payed by the day) When they lost the car, they came up with some lame excuse that the ticket was closed and that they have put another ticket to the car that no one knew the number or they have parked it. After one hour waiting they came up with a charge of 70 dollars due to the 2 days I have not parked in there. We again had to talk to the manager because the lady on the counter was insinuating we were trying to take advantage of the valet. How ironic! The explanation was that because I have not told them I was not parking

The valet parking service was extremely disappointing. On the day I was leaving, I waited over an hour for my car. During that time, I was told they couldn’t locate it, while other guests were being helped and leaving without issues. I was left standing out front with no clear updates or assistance. This experience was very frustrating and not acceptable.
