size of the room and view

Not very polite and confusing phone conversations regarding room service and request for help with luggage. Not easy to contact front desk by phone, like you are talking to people in a different country that have no idea where you calling from. When you come downstairs with an issue and talk to a person face to face its much easier.

The ease of getting between the hotel to the casino was great. The in-room dining was excellent and so was some of the restaurants we tried at the property. The BOL was amazing!

Some staff did not know the difference between the types of Unity cards, or how one could upgrade to a Gold Unity Card from the standard Red Card for example. All staff in service roles should have basic enough knowledge to help educate guests on this in my opinion and for more complex questions, then refer them to the Players Club.

Had everything you needed onsite. Concert venue was awesome

Location seemed sketchy like I wouldn’t feel safe walking off the property especially at night
