the house is basic, shower head old and broken, mold on the shower, soul-less rental flat

We had to vacate the property after one night. It was dark dirty mouldy walls and ceiling and not the apartment we we had paid for ours was occupied when we arrived.

Unfortunately, our family vacation was completely ruined. Every morning from 7:00 a.m. (and even on Saturdays from 6:30 a.m.) there was extremely loud construction noise right behind the wall – constant hammering and cranes moving materials. It was impossible to rest or sleep. Even worse, while spending time by the pool with our underage daughters, the construction workers kept staring and behaving inappropriately, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. A huge disappointment – we came to relax as a family, but peace and safety were nowhere to be found. Diemžēl mūsu ģimenes atpūta tika pilnībā sabojāta. No rītiem jau no plkst. 7:00 (pat sestdienās ap 6:30) aiz sienas notika intensīvi būvdarbi – skaļa dauzīšana, krāvēju troksnis, celtnis pārvietoja veidņus. Nebija iespējams atpūsties. Papildus tam, pavadot laiku pie baseina ar nepilngadīgām meitām, celtnieku uzvedība bija ļoti nepiemērota – viņi pastāvīgi vēroja un komentēja. Tas radīja nekomfortablu un pat satraucošu situāciju. Ļoti liela vilšanās. Braucām atpūsties ar ģimeni, bet mieru un drošību diemžēl neizbaudījām.

Hello, I want to share my impressions of staying in the apartments. Thank you for the good reception and communication with the administration via chat and WhatsApp. It was very convenient for me to find the location of my apartment, even considering that it was my first time in Malta and I was traveling from the airport by bus.First of all, it was a wonderful large room with 2 rooms, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower, a separate terrace and access to the shared pool. Secondly, an added bonus was that the hosts prepared a bottle of wine for us, which was very nice.The apartment also has a set of dishes and a refrigerator, an additional toilet in the bedroom, as well as a kettle, a microwave oven and a gas stove, where we sometimes cooked our own food. I also liked the fact that the apartment administration quickly responded to my request to bring warm blankets, because our children were freezing at night.Thank you, once again, to the administration and owners of this accommodation, for the good organization of the reception.

now I want to write about the shortcomings that slightly spoiled our vacation in this place. 1. every morning at 6:30 we woke up from the noise of a drill and the knock of jackhammers, right behind our house they are building a house and doing repairs. It was some kind of horror, the children and we could not sleep. But the most interesting thing is that at 9:00 the workers stopped knocking and until 12:00 it was relatively quiet. 2. If you want to stay in this place, and especially if you are with children, I highly recommend you to rent a car, because walking to the beach every day is simply not far. Consider the landscape of the island of Malta. Constant descents and ascents. We had enough for 1 day to go to the beach on foot with the children, it is not realistic. You can still walk 2000 meters down to the beach and back uphill. it is not realistic. We went by bus, although you need to walk about 1000 m to the bus stop. and this is also uphill and a little on a flat road.3. I appeal to the owners of the apartments. A big request to you, please repair the shower, it is leaking. I understand that you need to do a global repair and put new tiles, but this is a problem, when you take a shower, all the water flows onto the floor, you walk in socks on the wet floor. Please pay attention to this!!! Also, in your room the door to the attic and the windows in the bedrooms are broken, they do not close, especially the mosquito nets, they also need to be repaired, because sleeping with the door open and especially leaving your room like that is dangerous for the valuables of the guests staying in the room.4. A big problem is mosquitoes. They are everywhere. There are so many of them and they are so small that even when we chased them all away, in the morning the children and we were bitten by these bloodthirsty creatures.

Asukoht oli hea, bassein oli olemas, ruumi oli piisavalt. Kaks wc-d ja isegi duššigeel oli olemas. Kõik esmavajalik oli olemas, isegi paar vooluadapterit, kui oled enda oma maha unustanud.

Ogólnie świetne miejsce, wszystko było super, balkon na plus, basen marzenie i woda czysta, super klimat i wystrój mieszkanka, łatwo się zakwaterować i serdecznie polecam

Drobna usterka w toalecie której naprawy doczekalysmy się w ostatni piąty dzień pobytu ale rozumiemy że może właściciel nie miał czasu, aż tak bardzo nie wpłynęło to na komfort pobytu, no i ta klimatyzacja za 1 euro to dramat bo wiecznie nie miałyśmy akurat takiej monety a wytrzymać w upale było ciężko.
