Apartment had everything we needed. Clean, tidy and spacious.

Bed a little hard and pillows/bedding could have been better but would not put me off staying again.

The toilet sit was broken, WiFi never worked at the whole we were here!!! We got blamed for leaving chewgun and rubbish outside the apartment as was other people the house stink the shower curtains was broken!!! TV never worked the swimming looks like haven’t been cleaned for weeks! Barely any water pressure can’t hardly have a shower! Everything promised on page was not provided do not stay here

Everything won’t never be staying again! Dirty place not enough towels for all of us get blamed for other residents making noise and leave rubbish outside! Taking picture of me while I was sleeping after we cleaned the whole house!! Before leaving I was just waiting for the cleaner soon as she arrived I left the apartment straight away!!! Do not stay here

Location was great, flat had a lift for access and management team were nice.

Unfortunately we didn't have keys for the pool for the first few days of our stay and the fridge is broken so we had to keep freezing bottles of water to help keep our food fresh. Management staff were lovely and tried to help but owner clearly doesn't care. The shared pool is across the street and is quite cold. Not the cleanest kitchen with blunt knives and was not equipped for 4 people - only 2 comfortable chairs, 2 wine glasses, etc. So you can't relax together. Oh and you have to pay extra to use the air con!! Fans are so old they look like they may fall off the wall.

The appartment was nice. The welcome drink was cool. Very private, very quiet. The kitchen was complete with kitchen facilities, it has everything there. There was two toilets, that was good.

The TV wasn't really working, the sound system was broken. The pool wasn't clean. Something to wipe or clean the floor was missing. The adapters were broken too, we couldn't charge our phones.

The flat didn't had any sofa where to sit and smelling as damp. No balcony. We did feed comfortable staying there.

we rented an apartment for 6 people. for its price, it is the best that can be found on the market. very clean, spacious. Balcony with a great view. I recommend taking 1 euro pennies with you, because otherwise you won't turn on the air conditioner. the staff is very polite, even after complaining about us one night. We were allowed to check in earlier, and they helped us sort everything out
