Fantastic location , central for food and drink . Easy access for walks.

A little noisy

Location in the centre of town. Could tell it’s someone’s 2nd home and not a run down rental. Left us a bottle of wine which was a nice touch

The road traffic is quite loud but luckily the road isn’t really busy. Didn’t effect our sleep

We knew Masham was a perfect short break base and when we spotted this cottage it looked ideal and we were not disappointed! It's so comfortable and cosy and yet really spacious! Everything you could possibly want was there and there were lots of little thoughtful touches. Even the check in and out times were generous. We loved it.

There is a lot of road noise and obviously being listed the windows aren't soundproof but it didn't bother us.

Great location. Large bedrooms. The cottage has a really homely feel.

The location was very close to town and convenient for places we had booked to visit. The cottage iteself was comfortable and met our self caterinf needs. The owners were very helpful with any queries I had.

My friend has to use a walking stick and there was no stair rail to assist her movement upstairs so this was a bit of a hazard. The cottage was directly adjacent to a very busy road with loads of heavy lorries thundering past, not at speed but noisily. Ear plugs were provided so my sleep wasn't disturbed, but it is a factor to be considered. I actually fell over backwards when the recliner chair I was in tipped too far! I didn't injure myself (and my helpful friend nearly wet herself lauging) but again this could be a safety issue.

Clean, modern and very well equipped. The bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival was a really thoughtful gesture.

Fantastic town centre location, a stones throw from everything you’d want to see in Masham and everywhere you’d need to go.

Good value and clean. Central Masham location. Can also recommend local taxi firm ladybird taxis very reliable

Front door needs draught straps before winter. The heating is fab, but too much heat must be lost around the front door.
