The property is absolutely beautiful- a stunningly well maintained home from home in the most perfect location

Excellent location, free on street parking, lovely bottle of wine on arrival and spacious cottage with all the home comforts. Probably the best stocked kitchen in any AirBnB we have stayed in! Bed was very comfy and the extension lead was a welcome bonus as we were visiting with a 12 week old baby (night light, Thermometer, monitor etc.) so didn't have to use the one we had packed. It was also nice to have so many Hangers available in the wardrobe, something often lacking in standard accommodation.

Lovely hosts, well equipt house and kitchen, comfortable and clean. Quite enough despite being in masham centre.

Wonderfully situated - could walk everywhere as central to the village and breweries. Beautiful cottage - so quaint and nicely decorated. Good for parking and super butchers next door.

It would be a little small for 4 people. We were a couple and it was great for us. Can’t escape the heavy traffic noise in the early morning though - really kept us awake. The road is surprisingly busy. Don’t forget to bring earplugs.

Excellent cottage. Well equipped and very clean. Good position for all amenities in the village. Easy check-in after excellent communication from the owners. Beds very comfortable

Towels for bathroom could be improved by being bath sheets Street noise from 6am for a hour heavy, nothing that owners could do other than change windiw(sure this would be impossible in a 1750 cottage)

We loved the communication and easy access to the property. Cottage and furnishings were cute and cosy. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. Kitchen well equipped, toiletries and towels were provided. Bedding and bathroom very clean. It got quite chilly in the evening, but heating was available and easy to operate. Masham is a lovely little town with gorgeous surrounding countryside. It offers easy access to Ripon, Harrogate, N Yorks etc.

Unfortunately the proximity to the road and heavy, noisy traffic rattling by before 5am was disturbing. Would not stay here again only for this reason.
