Spacious house, great location. All bedrooms are a decent size. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Large kitchen. Moments away from the Hoe and central Plymouth.

Parking space was tight so if you have a large vehicle use the (free) alternative car park. There are a lot of stairs - which is the nature of the building but be prepared.

Fantastic location in the centre of Plymouth. Very clean and beds very comfortable. Rooms very spacious and nicely decorated.

Not enough seating in front room for the number of people that can stay. Maybe also a dishwasher would have been good.

A lovely spacious house with an open, airy feel; super-convenient location close to Plymouth Hoe and Barbican, restaurants and bars, local food stores and Plymouth city centre shops. The open-plan kitchen-living area is nicely designed, combining original features in the sitting room with a modern approach in the kitchen, including a large American fridge-freezer. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are well-appointed. A parking space is a big bonus, and we appreciated the offer from the owner to cover parking costs for any additional cars. Communication with the owner was prompt, helpful and friendly.

We would definitely return to this lovely house but would appreciate more seating in the sitting room for a large group.

Lovely big house with high ceilings, had a welcoming spacious feel to it. Brilliant location right near the Hoe and Plymouth Town and the Barbican. Great have an off road parking space and the host offered to pay for additional parking which I thought was a nice touch. It was also nice to have the heating on when we arrived. Due to heavy traffic, we weren't able to get there until 6.30pm, so to come into a warmed house was just what we needed. There was a bathroom on floors 2 and 3 plus an ensuite in the main bedroom so plenty to go round! Showers were great😃, bathrooms had a luxury feel to them. Lovely big bed in the main bedroom. The kitchen was very spacious and the American fridge freezer was great. Big tv that had netflix and catchup channels although I couldn't find any terrestrial channels?

It did feel like the house hadn't quite finished being renovated. The understairs storage was packed full of decorating and renovating equipment which was rather unsightly. The dining area had issues with ill-fitting patio doors that let lots of cold air through and there was slight damp on one wall (the host had put an electric radiator on constantly, to dry it out which helped with staving off the cold in that room) Some of the kitchen cupboards were full of boxes and baskets so we're weren't able to use the cupboards although as we were only there for a few days so not a major issue. My main gripe with the kitchen was no dishwasher. For a big house that sleeps up to 10 people, there should be one🤔 I could have done with more than one front door key. There were lots of keys in a kitchen cupboard, but none of them fitted the front door. My family and I did enjoy our stay, it is a great house and i would definitely stay there again, but for the price that it was, I would have expected the house to have finished being renovated and all cupboards available to be used.

Unfortunately, had an issue with heating and had no heating or hot water until the Sat late afternoon. Arrived Friday and left Sun morning. Guess these things can’t be helped and Alex was great both sorting out but spoilt it a bit and 2 of our party left early as the house was so cold. Also, as a group of girls, it would have been really useful to have mirrors on the bedrooms, 5 bedrooms and no mirrors except on the bathrooms.
