The room was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival it clearly had never been cleaned. The bedsheets appeared used, with hair found in the duvet from a previous occupier, which is completely unhygienic. On top of that, I was harassed twice by someone claiming to be the "cleaner", who woke me up two hours before the scheduled checkout time, aggressively demanding that I leave immediately. This is highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and disturbing behaviour. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on this experience.

The location was very central and great for my event. Having my own bathroom en suite was a plus. The common kitchen area looked nice and seemed clean and well-kept. Check-in was easy and the manager was quick to respond.

The room was in a terrible state. The walls are filthy and need to be cleaned and possibly painted. There is no bedside table, just a lamp on the floor. The headboard was collapsing. Many of the curtains were hanging off the rail. The bathroom had not been cleaned before I arrived, the toilet was full of urine. When I went to go to bed at midnight I had to turn the duvet over to avoid a huge stain and then discovered a vape pen in the sheets, so I realized the bedding hadn't been changed since the last guest either. The cupboards were full of bedding and some garbage. I get that it was a cheaper option but it wasn't free. I expected more.

The garden size was good.

The add didn't mention it being a shared accommodation and says private kitchen when that is not true! One of the double beds were broken but not fully collapsed. The single room wardrobe fell forward when opening it serious health and safety risk! The next room was another double good size but when entering could visibly see it was not cleaned before our arrival shower was not clean, tooth paste all over the sink and basin, sanitary bin full to the brim! And I can only imagine the bedding wasn't clean either. We booked four rooms but only used two due to how bad the condition of the rooms were, I did mesaage the accommodation host who was messaging up until I had contacted him regarding the bad hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms. I liked the area lots to do but wouldnt recommend booking this air bnb again!

I asked for my money back - I didn’t stay in the property. It was absolutely disgusting, Booking.com should remove this place.

So dirty, soiled bed linen and absolutely disgusting.
