Family House In Walpole Road, Old Windsor

Property did not function as it should have, lovely location and neighbourhood but due to the lack of care and maintenance this property fell below the average standards. My bed linen weren’t clean and changed. Bathrooms and kitchen were in such a state that these should have been raised with the hosts. The location was great

Overall untidiness and upkeep of the entire house. Residents/guests should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of self respect and cleanliness. You are residing in Windsor not Mumbai

My room was next to to the kitchen and you hear everything i couldn’t sleep that night i stayed there people were cooking at midnight And the bathroom was never been cleaned up for at least a year lots different hair everywhere

Location was about the best thing. And I could park my car safely but on the street But area was safe so no issues . En suite, ,though basic , but at least there was one. Place was lovely and quiet

No kettle of coffee making facilities in the room. (there was a kitchen and kettle but very limited cups and cutlery and I could not see coffee or milk provided) . Luckily I Brought my own, No TV in room. There was a 'lounge' and TV but as no remote control I could not see if it worked. It said toiletries provided. But there were none apart from small amount of leftover shower gel from previous person I guess. So I was unable to have shower and wash my hair. Bed looked as if might have been slept in and not changed (sheets seemed crumpled) but I couldn't say for certain

The bedsheets weren’t clean. There were crumbs from the previous person who stayed there in the bed from food there were nuts and all sorts of different food stuff in the drawers and it’s like they have just put the bedsheets back on the bed and not clean them and change them dirt all over the floor in the room pretty much not a very nice stay couldn’t sleep in the bed as it was dirty got told off for parking my motorcycle in the passage next to his house because there wasn’t any private car parking as it says on the booking Paid £30 for one night to stay in a dirty room with dirty bedsheets disgusting

Bed sheets not change, and after telling the host that the sheets were creased, smelly and still had human hair all over the bed, pillows and duvets they still were not changed. Toilets and kitchen wowwww! I was alone, Parents do not take your children here you be safer in sleeping in a car.

The location was good for the event I was attending

It was dirty - bits in the bed, stained sheets and pillow case, dirt on the floor. The shared bathrooms were very dirty.
