The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating, kindly allowing me to prolong my checkout time.

Nothing. It was terribly unhygienic. Extremely noisy!

Everything... The toilet, sink and shower was to dirty I spent 2 hours cleaning with a whole bottle of bleach when I checked in. The noise from other tenants was unbearable. I will never be staying again! Photos on booking.com are a scam when you arrive it's like walking into a dirty dump. Even the fridge was so bad, it froze all my food and every surface was sticky and reeked of bacteria.

Maybe quick responses from the host prior to arriving, no communication at present.

Avoid this place. Dirty, no parking ( as was promised on the ad). As I walked into my room, the dirt on the floor all round the room immediately struck me, i suggested that they could've atleast sweeped the floor, kitchen fridge was filthy. I requested to be placed in a different room, unfortunately there was non ( according to host). I then asked to cancel this as I immediately started looking for alternative accommodation at that late time of the night. They then said fine I'll have to go through "BOOKING.COM" and to leave the property & close the door behind me, before they can respond to any cancellation requests. I did exactly that and very politely. To this day I haven't heard from them again.

Was not clear. Main door was looked are key was missing was waiting outside in very cold night more than half an hour to get in.
