Great location to explore the surrounding area. Hot tub was great and the beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a family/group as there are two bathrooms.

The lodge was at the bottom of a very steep hill, which proved a little tricky with the wheelchair, luckily there were three fit adults to help. Couple of things were broken, needed fixing or updating: living room lamp/basin waste plug.

"A lovely home with a hot tub"

The house was nicely set out and well equipped. My children loved going in the hot tub. The property was nice and clean. The site facilities were good and we loved going to to swimming pool and enjoyed eating out at the on site pub. My children liked the on site play park. It was private and quiet, despite being close to other properties.

It would have been useful to have an information booklet in the house with info on the site facilities and check out information. We went to the on site pool, but hadn't realised we needed to book. The booking process was a little fiddly and it felt a bit unnecessary. The house had a few very minor issues. The cover for the hot tub was a little broken (but still workable). The toilet roll holder had fallen off. The paintwork was a little tired. None of these things particularly impacted out stay.

it’s was very clean and hot tub was good fun.

I drive so wasn’t much of a problem for me but if you don’t drive your an hour away from Newquay, Bude and some of the other good beaches.

Quiet rural location but with restaurant, shop , pool and gym on site. Lodge was very well equipped and particularly liked the hot tub and balcony.

idyllic, quiet lodge next to a stream - wonderful location. Pet friendly holiday park with access to shallow indoor pool and gym at main resort building / great for family swimming.

disappointing that some of the facilities felt tired. microwave oven missing - not a problem but may have been if you had planned & packed to use one. outdoor lighting needed maintaining as did the hot tub cover that looked to have been tired and broken for some time.
