Lovely room with excellent ensuite. The shower was hot and very nice. The pint of milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. Breakfast is a continental but served with nice touches like fresh toast, a warmed croissant and a big pot of coffee.

Hosts were very helpful. Clean and very comfortable. .

Very welcoming, exceptionally clean & tidy B&B. Very comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was outstanding. Perfect location. Will stay here again.

so clean and tidy, the decor is lovely exactly like the photos, we didn't have the breakfast so can't comment but what a lovely place to stay

Nice building and nothing was too much trouble for the owners.

Hotel was lovely, very clean great location, breakfast was delicious.. owners were so nice very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully be back soon

Nothing to dislike everything was fab

Great location, right beside the water park, Pleasure Beach and South Pier with all the extra rides and amusements. Also right beside the tram stop to go up town if you want. Room had everything we needed and was much quieter than expected, especially being so close to everything. Hosts were really lovely and breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day, lovely coffee and hot croissants!
