Phil and Jo are the perfect hosts, nothing's too much trouble. Room very comfortable, tea and coffee supplied. Very comfy bed, ensuite facilities really good powerful shower. Great location across from south pier, local friendly pubs walkable in 5 minutes, pleasure beach 10 minutes walk. Eighth visit can't fault it.

There are no negatives regarding our stay. Plenty to do in Blackpool

We booked 5 nights, an exelant location. Only 5 minutes or so away from the beach. Phil and his wife Jo were very friendly. Phil also recommended places to go. There was no trouble finding the places to eat, and prices were ok too. The tower is about 10 minutes' drive. We were recommended to go to St Ann, a beautiful place but no toilets or places to eat but we took our own food with us. There is another good place to visit "stanley Park " huge and beautiful park. I will recommend Baverley Deen.

After travelling from northern ireland i loved how welcoming Phil was on arrival it is so clean and tidy also the owners Phil and Jo are amazing so polite and friendly. There wasnt anything to hard for them would recomend this property to everyone...

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights, lovely clean rooms, friendly host and a really nice continental breakfast. We will definitely return next time we visit

Phil and Jo were so friendly and accommodating. The beds are super comfy and the location was just perfect due to the Pleasure Beach being a 5 min walk. The rooms were spotlessly clean and smelt amazing.
