Great location, close to amenities, public transport passes by, walking distance to the beach. The views are awesome, lions head at the side and sea view on the other side, watched sunset from the balcony. Both day and night views are great. The host is super friendly. They made us feel at home. Prior to the arrival, they checked on us and even after we left. Melvyn is such a great host. Liesl was helpful. All we needed she was just a call away. The decor, the interior layout of the apartment is an art. There are basic supplies, stove to cook, airfrier, utensils. And oh, some wine and honey. The location feels so safe & people around are friendly. There is coffee shop on the ground floor, and many others are nearby, so you have plenty of options. There is a restaurant (in a train)in front of the building, it's a must try. Mojo market is nearby, we loved it, the variety of resturants and live music. It's not far from V&A waterfront mall, Clifton Beach is a walking distance away. Camps bay is a few minutes' drive away. Hop on Hop off bus and City bus passes nearby. Dr's office and pharmacy nearby for emergencies. To be honest, we just loved this apartment. Next time we visit Capetown, we will definitely stay there again.

Very tiny, but for just me it was ok.

Our stay at Melvyn’s apartment was very nice. The apartment has great location, there are many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Check in and out was smooth and flexible. In the apartment there is everything for cooking, entertainment and even work. We both were working online and Wi-Fi was quite enough for that. We loved our time there and would definitely recommend!

Our stay was incredible. Melvyn was the perfect host to meet and help with the luggage. The apartment absolutely exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the most amazing views, location and restaurants all around. The attention to detail, decor, kitchen utensils with quality bed linen was just perfect. Enjoyed the Seattle coffee shop next door. Not to mention a bottle of free estate wine. Great value for a Saturday!

Owner and staff were professional and very accommodating at short notice. Location was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was central to shops, comfy and private. Will definitely visit again.
