Stylish Ballard studio 15 mins from Space Needle

Very comfortably furnished. Great for one person. Owner communication was very timely and informative. Access to D rapid bus line was very easy. Ballard Farmer's market was nice. I liked that the door locked automatically after closing. Air purifier really helped provide white noise to muffle the traffic noise. Nice to have a little fridge and microwave, but I would not try to actually cook anything in the unit.

The sun was shining on the door keypad when I first checked in and the keypad was very hot. I could not get the numbers to display. I was very glad that there was a lockbox so I could get in. I only had to use the key one time. Rest of the time the door code worked fine.

Very clean and everything we needed was there. The beds were super comfortable too. The owners clearly go above and beyond to make sure their guests have everything they need. Even left some sanitary products for us.

Location was great, no trouble parking in front of the apartment in the evening through 9 am. Well decorated and comfortable furniture and bed, microwave and fridge made breakfast and lunches easy.

There is some road noise but we just used white noise and had no trouble sleeping.

It is a charming small space. The bed is very comfortable and the space is clean. Close to a grocery store. The property owner is very communicative. The property has a digital keypad and a lockbox for physical key. The digital keypad overheats and I am unable to use it after the first time. Thankfully, there is a physical key available.

The property is on the a very busy street and there are a couple of bars and cabaret directly across the street. The noise was unbearable. The bar noise and the street traffic is not something a noise machine (they provided) or ear plugs (also provided) can drown out. No parking available. Only street parking. Which isn't an issue when I was there. I was able to find parking on one of the side streets No kitchen sink -- you have to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink.

Very clean. More than was expected with little necessities.
