Lovely large apartment on 2 floors. Everything we needed was there, including washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and tea towels, great for a 1 night stay so you don't have to pack loads of extra bits. The beds were clean and comfy. The location was great. Easy walk to all the main attractions.

The location was great, but the area was a bit run down. The flat felt very safe though, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

"We went to see show at winter gardens which was fantastic"

We liked the fact of the 3 bathrooms

The oven and oven tray was filthy. No banister rail on stairs up to the apartment. Window frame where filthy toilets where filthy and wee stains around the base. TV wasn't working and when I complained all I got was sorry and. can't get an engineer
