"It was okay but its too strict and alot of expectations to the people who are coming to stay alllll"

It was nice because they left us some chocolate we came on christmas day

Alot of house rules which kept being sent over continuously in The email. Made us feel uneasy couldnt relax. Also not much hot water to go round. Heating was controlled by the owners so it was turned on And off when It suited them. Was cold at night. They expected us to keep everything clean but they still add in a cleaning charge. Loud noise at night when the toilet is flushed. Also the parking is not free there are parking restrictions

On arrival the flat was warm and comfortable and clean

Stairs light wasn't working and toilet handle wasn't working
