"Most useless anderson unit. Please choose for iconique or someone else. Goswell is useless"

Nothing.

The unit was dirty with hair everywhere, toilet and floor mat is wet, but still smelled like urine everywhere. The kitchen utensils were dirty and stained. They did not wash anything, not the sheets, not the floors, not the kitchen, and certainly not the bathroom. In fact, one of the days I went out, I found their “cleaner” parked in my spot, and I had to wait for them to finish their whole “cleaning” process and wait for them to remove their car, before i could park. The host was of no help at all. Just told me to wait. I waited approximately 45 minutes for these “cleaners” to move out of the parking bay. I was waiting in the parking lot, with my food gone cold and drinks became warm. In the end, they still withhold my deposit, which was promised to be refunded to me right 48 hours after checkout. I checked out on the 1st of January. It is now 10th January, and still no refund yet. When queried, the host quickly shifted blame to the finance department. This is ridiculous.

Be careful everyone When I check in I found some one’s belongings inside the house and I informed them so they changed the house and it was too dirty and 1 room was locked at the same time they didn’t bother their self to reply or answer my call or even open it and we couldn’t sleep as we were afraid that someone will open our unit They are scammers They will ask you to pay a deposit then no refund and no response

"Comfortable stay with family"

Easy to parking, have all necessity. The playground is big, the kids so happy. The pool that time have maintenance, but it's big. Aircond is cool, water heater in toilet is satisfying. Have refrigerator and washing machine.

Everything is good. If have microwave, will be good.

**The house is not fully equipped. There is no microwave, and although a cooking stove is provided, it cannot be used. There is a television, but it is unusable because there is no working cable. There is not a single mirror in the house, not even in the bathroom. I lodged a complaint earlier, but the staff were unresponsive and took action very slowly. The cable was only delivered on the second day, and even then, it arrived late in the afternoon. The worst part is that no mineral water was provided at all, not even a single bottle. As a woman, it was quite difficult to get ready without a mirror. Although the house is clean, the overall condition is very poor. The service from the staff was extremely disappointing. The water pipe in the bathroom was also leaking, which caused my clothes to get completely wet!!!

The staff initially promised to refund the deposit immediately after we checked out. Later, they informed us that the refund would be made within 48 hours after guest checkout, which I understood as they might need time to inspect the house. I checked out on 24 December 2025. However, on 26 December 2025, the staff sent a message informing me that there was a minor issue and that the refund would be processed on 29 December 2025. As an apology, they offered an additional RM10. As of today, 30 December 2025, the staff still have not refunded the RM100 deposit
