Deposite RM100.00 sudah masuk pada 9/1/2026 kul 3.40pm check out esok 10/1/2026 kul 8am tapi sampai hari ini kul 7.30pm 20/1/2026 sampai sekarang belum bank in balik kepada saya tanya dlm tiada reply serupa kena scam, klau boleh cari la tempat lain la.

I stayed at The Anderson Ipoh 2BR by Goswell on 24–25 August 2025. The apartment was fine and the location was convenient. However, I experienced several issues: I transferred the required RM100 deposit, and was informed it would be refunded within 48 hours after checkout. I followed exactly what the owner requested — including snapping photos of the unit before checkout as proof — yet I still have not received the refund until today. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was not working, which made the stay less comfortable. I hope the management will improve their transparency in handling deposit refunds and also ensure that facilities are properly maintained. These issues really affect guest confidence. Future guests should be careful with the deposit policy and make sure to follow up closely.

Unit sangat bersih, kemas, dan selesa. Semua kemudahan lengkap termasuk dapur, Wi-Fi laju, dan tempat tidur yang empuk. Lokasi strategik, dekat dengan kedai makan dan pusat bandar. Owner sangat mesra, respons cepat, dan mudah berurusan.

Tiada apa yang mengecewakan, semuanya memuaskan.

sadly , the owners didn’t transfer back my deposit money after my stay last month and ignored my chat n call.
