I liked NOTHING!!

The host will only reply your texts till you pay you deposits and enter the house. Afrer that they will totally ignore your texts and calls wont be answered! The heater in the master bedroom didnt work. I texted and called so many times but no one bothered to answer.. totally was ignored. NO WIFI. NO NETFLIX/YOUTUBE, NO WATER HEATER, MOST OF THE CHAIRS ARE ALREADY SHAKING. They promised to return the deposit within 48 hours. I stayed till 23rd but till now i didnt received my deposit / response from them!

1.管理人员服务差 2.厕所没抹干，入住时还湿满地 3.门锁关不上，坏了没处理/维修，通知了没回应 4.Check out 了5天，deposit 还未refund 5.注明5人入住，但里面只能共4人睡，要求加床没回应 6.没有wifi

The badroom not cleaning properly. 1 of the aircond water dripping and its make us less sleep at night because worry water flow to all place.

Deposit pembayaran saya sebanyak RM100 TIDAK DIPULANGKAN kepada saya sehingga ke hari ini, hari yang ke 7,saya menginap di situ 3 Feb 2026-4 Feb 2026 ,pihak penginapan memberikan pelbagai alasan kepada saya untuk tidak memulangkan deposit yang saya berikan.Pada 6 Feb 2026 pihak penginapan mengatakan bahawa ada sedikit masalah teknikal pihak bank dan akan membayar balik deposit pada 9 Feb,namun pada 9 Feb 2026 tiada sebarang pemulangan deposit dari pihak penginapan dan saya bertanya kepada pihak penginapan kenapa belum memulangkan deposit saya dan pihak penginapan memberitahu saya mereka terlupa dan akan memulangkan deposit tersebut pada keesokan paginya.Pada 10 Feb,hari ini seperti yang dijanjikan,mereka akan memulangkan deposit saya namun bila saya tanya/chat mereka, tiada respon dan penjelasan apa-apa sehingga sekarang,senyap dan menghilang,saya sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan perkara tersebut..

Harga berbaloi dengan apartment.

Masih belum dapat my deposit until now!!! Dah chat tp belum berbalas dah 2 minggu!! Towel buruk, selimut sangat nipis.. Please upgraded.. Yg penting please Refund my deposit sbb i tinggalkan rumah dlm keadaan bersih almost like masa mula check in!! Please refund me ASAP!!
