IT was clean n tidy

THe air condition is dripping in THe masterbed room . Suppose deposit should be return within 48 hours they said will return By 22nd sorry for THe in convinience caused but until Now i dont get back my deposit together with THe late payment deposit.

SCAMMER, I checked out on 10/3, they promised to return the deposit within 48 hours, later delayed to 15/3 with their notice. Today, on 19/3 still not receiving any deposit yet. When asked in the group, no response from both admins. When called their phone number, realized one of their phone number is not in service, probably ran away. No wifi. During the stay, we told them the door couldnt be locked which might cause strangers to access the house easily. They simply replied us but no actions taken.

The TV has no signal; the aircond in the master room is leaking water, and the bedsheet is dirty/stain; black ants roaming around at the floors. Reported to Goswell, but there was no response to rectify the problems. Refund of security deposit only after 7 days and not 1-3 days as stated in the instructions given. Unit details and pin only received after 3.15pm.
