"The one who manages this property CHEATED MY MONEY."

The one who manages the facility collected RM100 as deposit and didn’t return back to me. Instead he said he will return it on the 10th April due to some technical issues with the bank. Today, on the 10th April 2026, I contacted him again but he didn’t reply any of the messages and never refund my deposit as promised. Please do not let this kind of people to collect deposit. I wish Booking.Com will look into this matter.

It is very noisy at night. And there are 4 irons in the unit but none was in good condition. I wonder why they are not being disposed or replaced. I had difficulty getting the stain removed from my clothes after using it. I checked out on 30/3 and up to today, 4/4, I'm still waiting for the refund of deposit paid. Very disappointed.
