GrandStay Hotel & Suites

It was close to family we were visiting. Very clean! Big room.

Our middle outlets went off when we turned lights off over the beds. The switch to turn those lights off didn’t work on a separate line. Thankfully the front desk Hal had some painters tape and we covered the lights with that so we could sleep with them on so the power did not go off and turn off my husband’s c-pap machine.

Breakfast was decent, we can’t complain too much. A lot of dog areas right by hotel and food. Super nice location.

Front desk worker; Terrible . Also charged me a random amount when I left. Also receipts weren’t ever sent to me every time I asked.

It seemed new so it was clean

Got to room everything unpacked, went yo relax to watch TV but the TV wouldn’t work. The power came on withe the picture on but it would not change channels. Called the front desk she didn’t know anything about it she said she never watches TV and no one else to help. She offered to switch rooms but we were already unpacked and didn’t want the hassle. I went down the next morning just to let the manager know. No one was at the front desk and I had to wait for about ten minutes for anyone to help me. The manager did comp my room and appreciated that, but he was not friendly

Not a fan of the new house keeping standards; no daily cleaning. However the staff was great and receptive to request.
