"Superbe mais communication très difficile"

Chambre magnifique avec vue splendide et au cœur du village de Juifen.

Communication très difficile : à mon arrivée dans l'après-midi j'ai dû appeler un numéro de téléphone, la personne qui m'a répondu m'a expliqué (dans un anglais difficile) qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation ce jour-là pour cause de rénovation. Stupeur ! Vers 20h j'ai finalement reçu un message via Booking me disant de venir retirer ma clé dans une maison de thé toute proche. Au final il semble que ce ne soit qu'un problème d'incompréhension lié à la langue, mais tout de même, beaucoup de stress pour rien.
