Duja Didim - Ultra All Inclusive

Aquapark was groot en leuk. Kleine zwembad aan ons kamer was top.

Zeer lang aanschuiven voor alles!!!( eten, bars,..) Het eten had GEEN smaak! Wij zijn geen moeilijke eters maar het eten was echt NOk!!

L’établissement est plutôt bien situé, et la nourriture varié.

Le personnel très jeune n’était pas souriant et agréable, beaucoup d’attente partout, difficile de trouver de l’eau froide, accueil mal car nous avons littéralement était jeter dans notre chambre sans accueil, la clim fonctionnait mal, le frigo pareil, la chambre était petite. Bref ne mérite pas un 5 étoiles.

The water park was really good. Nice green areas. The evening entertainment was good. I liked that there were lots of fridges with water readily available. Checkout time was good at 12pm. The robes and slippers in the room were a nice touch along with the bottle of wine and fruit delivery.

The family room was very small and not enough space or storage. There could have been more toilet facilities around and cleaned more frequently. I didn’t like that the sun-beds around the pool areas were crammed in. Didn’t like that there was no children’s play area. Dining room air conditioning wasn’t the best. More staff needed on the bars and Starbucks counters serving drinks.

We stayed at the Duja Didim for a single night before moving onto another property. We were arriving late so emailed ahead to see if we would be able to get some dinner. Didn’t receive a response. We checked in and were told they had no food available until midnight. We had three kids with us and hadn’t eaten in hours. An ‘ultra all inclusive’ it most certainly wasn’t. They offered us packet sandwiches to them stating the chef would ‘put something together’. They then served us burgers and chicken nuggets 45 minutes later that I wouldn’t feed an animal. If you imagine the best chicken nugget you’ve ever had, give that a ten. This was a 1. Turkey dinosaurs would be like haute cuisine here. We also sat and watched them fill bottles of water from the tap. We ate nothing. There were NO premium spirits which is part of what makes and ‘ultra’ all inclusive. The evening show was horrendous so we returned to our room. Past all the stray dogs, a few old sofas and some rubbish that had been put out. No air conditioning. Part of me questioned if there was even air. They brought a single fan for us which dispersed months of dust into that aforementioned air. At 12:30 I returned for the 5th time to reception and insisted they moved us. We slept a total of 4 hours and were greeted in the morning with them trying to upsell us VIP transport to our other destination. Duja know something. DON’T EVER stay here. Hands down the worst hotel I’ve stayed at ever and it wasn’t cheap.
