Duja Didim - Ultra All Inclusive

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Ausblick (mit Meerblick) war richtig schön. Auch der Strandteil des Hotels war mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet, sodass man immer einen freien Platz gefunden hat.

Leider war das Essen überhaupt nicht abwechslungsreich. Am 5. Tag habe ich vom Essen Probleme mit meinem Magen und Darm bekommen, wahrscheinlich war etwas verdorben oder an der Grenze zu verdorben.

Everything was superb from the check in to check out the staff the services were amazing . To me this was 10* not 5! The food was Devine all day long, the evening entertainment was amazing every night . The day activities were spot on and kept my son really entertained. The rooms were big and light. The location is away from the hussle and bussel of Bodrum. I loved every moment spent there. My father had never been to turkey and I wanted to show him the beauty of it and he’s come back ready to book again at Duja. They went above and beyond to meet my EVERY NEED. From close room on property to allowing my father to have a massage outside by the sea. They literally accommodated my every wish. I can’t recommend Duja didim enough. Simply the best holiday I have ever had. The hygiene levels are 10/10 the attention to detail 100% and I have to give a huge shout out to my brother furkan at guest relations who’s level of service was the best I have ever experienced. Also the entertainer toto I think his name was ( does swimming exercises) he was AMAZING with the crowed in the pool. The music was perfect the a la cart was amazing . The beach was clean and calm. This simply is the place to visit if you want an amazing holiday . Thank you to the team . Ms Ali

Nothing to not like

Igazából minden szuper volt, de főleg az aquapark, az ellátás bőséges volt, a takarítók minden nap rendbe tették a szobánkat. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

A szobánk elég szűk volt, az ágy mellett éppen csak el lehetett araszolni.

The receptionist was very helpful and helped us a lot, the food was delicious and the water games were fun.

There was a lot of noise in the hotel as the songs were played until 12 am and in the morning they start cleaning at 9 am and the cleaning staff is very annoying and you can't sleep because of their noise. The room does not have a comfortable blanket as the room has a very light blanket. Also the swimming pools are very cold and you cannot enjoy swimming because of the cold.

My stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant, primarily due to the high standards of cleanliness and tidiness maintained throughout the property – from the rooms and common areas to the surrounding green spaces. A particularly thoughtful touch was the welcome gift awaiting us in the room, which included a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and a personalized welcome note. During our stay, we were also contacted by the customer service team to check if everything was satisfactory and to offer assistance or take suggestions, which reflected a high level of professionalism and care.

The only drawback was the section of the public beach used by the hotel. Unfortunately, this area did not meet the same standards as the rest of the hotel. It was not well maintained, the umbrellas were small, and the sun loungers lacked mattresses, making them quite uncomfortable for extended use.
