The apartment is located in a new building within walking distance of the promenade of Santa Margherita Ligure and all the restaurants and attractions, as well as the magnificent park and Villa Durazzo. Super convenient and almost impossible for Santa Margherita, the apartment has an underground garage accessible by elevator from the apartment. The apartment is wonderful, modernly furnished, air-conditioned, clean, spacious and has a balcony. It has everything you need - a coffee machine with capsules and a fully equipped kitchen. As a compliment, there was water and Prosecco in the fridge. The owner Martina is an amazing young lady, perfectly fluent in English. She welcomed us, showed us the apartment and answered all our questions. She was always on hand to answer all our inquiries. I can say that she not only made us feel at home, but introduced us to the city and the surrounding area and recommended restaurants and interesting places around to visit. I wish Martina much success in her business, which she deserves and will undoubtedly achieve. Thank you Martina! I definitely recommend visiting this place!

Tesis çok modern, çok yeni, çok temiz, çok geniş, çok ferahtı. Tüm dolaplar , eşyalar fazla fazlaydı.

The apartment are clean and cozy, here you will find everything you need, even such little things as salt, oil, coffee. Communication with the host is excellent - helpful, friendly, warm.
